	After a break for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. federal holiday on January 18, the Georgia House and Senate spent three days receiving budget requests from the various departments of state government. Governor Sonny Perdue led the briefings on Tuesday afternoon with his overall assessment of state finances and his proposed amended FY 2010 and full FY 2011 budgets.
